I bought a second presence sensor, different manufacture & model ID, both are still not working. Interview 1 should already be supported, Interview 2 is the new one. Both have the same behivour at this moment: Movement is detected, but LUX are off, distance is not calculated and incorrect display of humidity and temperature:

I also think that the router functionality is not working (even its marked as router in Developer Tools) i placed the sensor on the spot of my Zigbee repeater but then the device behind it (3 meters) will not connect anymore to the Zigbee network (sensor is connected to the network)

Device Description: 24G Human presence sensor with relay

The device connects, but the reported capabilities are not correct.

The app currently shows:
Motion alarm
Temperature
Humidity
Luminance, twice
Battery status

This device does not support temperature or humidity. Both luminance values are incorrect as well. In addition, this is a 230V powered ceiling built-in mmWave sensor, not a battery device. The battery capability cannot be disabled, so Homey continuously reports battery status changes, low or OK, which is incorrect.

What should actually be exposed:
Motion alarm
Human presence
Distance
Luminance

It looks like the device is paired with the wrong fingerprint or driver profile.

Now I’m confused. In version 5.11.25 it installs as a contact sensor which is fine. Up to 5.45 everything was working fine, but after that it always installs in reverse. I also have provided interview twice and the last one is a few installments above. Or here’:

Hi Dylan,

the virtual buttons from my device (BSEED Zigbee 4 Gang Button Switch - TS0726/_TZ3002_pzao9ls1) still don’t work properly. When I press any one of the virtual buttons all four physical buttons turn on or off. I just checked again with v5.11.25.

As I wrote 7 days ago, I think the better driver is wall_switch_4gang_1way than switch_4gang because the part “inputClusters” of driver wall_switch_4gang_1way match as opposed to switch_4gang.

Do you think there is a chance to get the switch work?

Your suggestion to use the wall_switch_4gang_1way driver is insightful, as it appears to have a more appropriate configuration for your device. I will look into this further and see if we can implement the necessary changes to improve the functionality.

In the meantime, I recommend checking if there are any firmware updates available for your device, as sometimes manufacturers release updates that can resolve such issues. Additionally, if you haven’t already, please try removing and re-pairing the device after selecting the correct driver type to see if that helps.

thank you for the really fast response! Unfortunately there seem to be no firmware updates from BSEED. With each update of your app I removed and re-paired the device to see if the issue is still present.
