Hi @dlnraja

Unfortunately the Moes “_TZ3000_zgyzgdua” wireless scene switch is still not working with version 662.

In older versions it was described as a “4 buttons wireless controller”, and had 18 ‘when’ flow cards, some of which were for a variety of button presses (even though there was still the problem of the physical button not having an effect). It is now described as a “scene switch 4 gang” and only has 5 ‘when’ flow cards, none of which are button controllers, therefore limited use in flows.

Is it possible that the original driver has been switched out? I hope you are able to help.

I saw that you added the wall dimmer, thank you! I don’t see it in the interface as an addable device though, is that as expected?

Unfortunately it seems that there are two versions of the dimmers and of course I have both (in one order).

Please remove old version and pair with ZigBee trigger not app trigger .

When you click on add device , after click on ZigBee

And it will pair and chose the right driver automatically.

Hi Dylan,

since v677 (I think) the error “Could not get device by id” vanished. But now the device isn’t accessible after adding. What confuses me is, that the device presents a lot of configuration for battery, but the switch is connected to the mains (wall switch) and doesn’t have a battery. Maybe it’s attached to the wrong driver (switch_4gang) and needs something similar to switch_wall_5gang?

Thank you very much for the update. There has been an improvement, but there are still problems. Using version 684 the device is now recognised as a 4-button wireless controller, and the 22 flow cards have been restored.

However when I created a flow requiring a button press, nothing happens when either the physical button or the icon button is pressed.

I cannot seem to generate an interview when the controller is linked to the homey pro.

Hi Dylan,

first of all, thanks for all the energy you’re putting into the app. Unfortunately when i readd the 4-Gang Smart Switch, it is recognised as 4-Buttons Wireless Controller and doesn’t work. Here again a diag: 0c99f5ac-df95-4f53-81d4-0fa7259d5405
