Is 192.168.1.134 the IP address of your Homey or Philips TV? It must be the TV or device running the Android TV Overlay app.
Did you install the Android app on your TV before adding the Homey app? I’m not sure if this is the order you need to install it, but you can try it if it makes sense.
I don’t want to sound impatient, because I’m already really happy with what you’ve built. But when could you take a look at the RTSP part? It’s still not working.

I have also the problem Tvoverlay doesn’t want to connect in the homey app although 2 other Tvoverlay s are connected the same way and appears when you set the IP in the homey app/tvoverlay app. The TV screen tvoverlay doesn’t want to connect to is a Phillips Ambilife Smart TV. The other 2 screens are normal screens connected with a ChromeCast having TVoverlay installed on. The Tvoverlay remote does see the Phillips TV and they are on the same network.
Has anyone maybe a clue?
