That message can have another cause. Check what is in the settings of your app, in the authentication settings section, besides choose the desired api. If there is legacy mentioned, than that can be the cause.

Works again for me. I did renew the iot core on Tuya Developer site a while ago, not sure if that did the trick. Restarted the Tuya Cloud app and it started working again

Me too. Extended the trial period this morning, waited a few hours, restarted the Tuya Cloud app on the Homey and everything works again. Looks like Tuya checked the expired trial periods.

Hello, i also have problems with all the devices in the Tuya app that won’t work anymore with my Homey since yesterday evening. looking at the experationdate is say’s “in service” Where can i find “extend trial period” ? i even thought i payed for this application Thanks Marcel
