[APP][Pro] Tesla Smart Charger

@copiis Yes

Thanks a lot, i will try this.

Best regards

Hey,

I’m using the app now for a few weeks, which is really nice! But this morning it says, The operation failed (API error) when i run a flow. Which ask if the car is home.

Is it possible that the token is expired? And how do i renew it properly if so.

Thanks!

Fixed the issue!, when going into your devices within Homey and go to your Tesla device(car). Then maintenance, try to fix. It asked me to give the token again, there i placed the same one which i used before. Now it is working again!

The rest is self-explanatory

Hi,

I want to try and load balance my car charging with Pulse that gives me real time usage per phase.

I have created a flow like this:

https://homey.app/f/iwh9VV

But is there a way to just lower the charging power in increments instead? Like lower it by -1 each time a phase is nearing full utilization?

Hello. Maybe it is able to add condition “sentry mode ON(OFF)”. It would be great to combine with data fetching.

Hi,

There’s already a “Is Sentry Mode on/ off” - condition…

Sry my mistake. I mean as a trigger

Thanks

Yes, try it like this.
Of course, the message is also sent if you move the car in the workplace radius in between in that time.

Hi, i was thinking since yesterday about this solution as well. You’ve described it clearly. Wouldn’t it be a better solution to connect to your Energy consumption measurement, in dutch (Slimme Meter). When it notices your total energy consumption is delivering power to the net, that it tunes your charging current such that the remaining power is used for the car. If it only looks at the solar panels the main consumers such as washing machines, Heat pump and AC’s are not taken into account.

Is there a way to get current charging power and adjust it by 1 or -1?

Use logic variables

The automatic charging logic is very nice. But I see a problem with a car sleeping in charge period. When it begins (in my case 22:00) every 11 minutes the car goes into a sleeping state and right away wakes up (teslafi shows 1 minute sleep but it wakes up right away after sleep starts. As a car standing right after the bedroom wall, I hear like all relays clicking ). It is going on until midnight (00:00). After that, the car sleeps without a problem and charges in time. What can be wrong? I tried to disable all flows connected with the Tesla smart charger app but it does not help.

By the way teslafi did not catch all sleeping events. Where 25min parking, there suppose to be sleeping state in the middle. I was tracking in developer mode vehicle state.

OK, thanks for all the input. I will have a look at it.
