It does not seem to be supported yet by the community SONOFF app. But the SWV model should be supported by the official SONOFF app.

You can contact the developer via the contact details in the Homey App Store and check if the new model can be added.

I’ve paired two Sonoff SNZB-03P motion sensors with Homey using the official Sonoff app.
Unfortunately, both sensors are behaving inconsistently. They seem to go into some kind of sleep mode, because they sometimes detect motion immediately, while at other times they don’t respond at all.
Another issue I’m experiencing is that after motion is detected, the motion alarm remains active in Homey for an unpredictable amount of time. Sometimes it resets fairly quickly, while other times it stays active for several minutes.
Since this is happening with both sensors, I’m wondering if this is a known issue with the SNZB-03P.
Has anyone else experienced similar behavior with the SNZB-03P on Homey? If so, have you found a solution or any settings that improve the reliability?
Hi! I’m having an issue with a SONOFF MINI DUO-L (MINI-ZB2GS-L) in Homey.
It has two channels added as separate Homey devices. Both channels used to work correctly before. I’m not sure exactly when the problem started, but I first noticed it around 5–10 days ago.
Channel 1 still works reliably, but Channel 2 has become very unstable.
When I try to switch Channel 2 from Homey, I often get:
Timeout after 10000ms
The relay does not switch at that moment. Sometimes the next one or two commands work, then it starts timing out again.
What is especially strange is that after several failed commands, the relay sometimes starts switching on/off by itself, as if the previously timed-out commands are being executed later.
Both channels work perfectly from the physical inputs/buttons, so the relay itself seems to be fine.
I have already:
- restarted the SONOFF app
- restarted Homey
- used the Repair function successfully
However, repairing the device did not solve the problem.
Has anyone else experienced this with the second channel of the MINI DUO-L?
Channel 1 is still perfectly controllable from Homey and works without any issues.
