[APP][Pro] Skoda

Hey,

Could you try with the test version available at Skoda | Homey and submit a diagnostics report after it fails?

I don’t see your report. Did you use the app diagnostics report or the Homey report?

The app diagnostics

Hey @lobbin,

Can you try again, I don’t find the diagnostics report.

Hey guys,

Related to the connection issues, can you retry with v2.3.2, pushed towards test now and available via Skoda | Homey

Thanks,

Ignition status still missing, breaking security check flows.

Hello guys,

Sadly this is currently not possible. The new Skoda API does not expose the ignition status, I’ve send the request to our contacts at Skoda, as soon as they add it to the API, we can get it supported.

Sent a new report, 60378a75-1578-4aa4-93ef-d15f423a23b3

Hey @lobbin ,

Which model do you have? I have an Enyaq from 2023 which still has the car software v3.X, where the charging locations seem not to work as I suspected based on the API description.

I have an outstanding support request with Skoda now to figure out how to get to know the current charging location for any car on v3.X software.

Kind regards,

I have a 2023 with v3.8 myself. Perhaps that might be the issue the ?

Yes most likely. I will keep you guys updates with news from the Skoda team.

Yes, with this version connection is possible

Hey guys,

Some updates from the Skoda team.

All cars which have a software version v3.X don’t report in which active charging profile they are. So it is impossible for these cars to get this information to the official Skoda App, or the Homey App.

I’ve done a small tweak: if there is only one charging profile existing, and we know that we are in an active charging location the new version (v2.5.0) will report that we are in that charging location.

Unfourtunately I cannot determine this if you have a car with a software version v3.X and multiple charging profiles.

Kind regards,

High,

I have a 2023 Skoda Kodiaq facelift with factory auxiliary heating. I have successfully connected the vehicle to Homey Pro 2026 via your app using an API key, and I entered the vehicle’s S-PIN in the app. I can see the range, window status (open/closed), and lock status, but I cannot start the auxiliary heating. It always pops up with an error: Internal server error. In the official MySkoda app, I can control the heating normally. What could be wrong?

I re-generated the API key, re-entered and verified the S-PIN, and restarted the app, but triggering the auxiliary heating still fails with ‘Internal server error’. Heating works normally in the official MySkoda app, battery is fully charged, and fuel level is sufficient. Fetching data (range, windows, locks) works perfectly in Homey. Vehicle: Skoda Kodiaq Facelift (MY2023). It appears the API payload or endpoint for climate/heating control has changed for this model/facelift on Skoda’s backend. Could you please update the heating endpoint?

This is diagnostics code from Homey app 2BA4B87B

We only have one profile, and from 2.5.1, it looks like it’s working as expected. Great work!

That’s a Homey diagnostics report, only Athom employees can view those. You probably need to send an App diagnostics report (you can do this in More → Apps → Skoda → Settings (top right corner))

This is the right code from the App:

Hey guys,

The diagnostics report shows an error from the Skoda API, I don’t know exactly why though.

I’ve made a new test release (available from Skoda | Homey) which also provides the optional parameters for the call, as a new flow. Could you maybe try that one and see what it gives?
