Hi, used to be a Shell Recharge customer in GER and my account has been transferred to 50five.
I am able to log in to https://50five-sde.evc-net.com/ with email and password and it shows status of my wallbox and previous chargings.
When I try to add my wallbox to (my new 26) Homey, I enter email, password and above URL and I fail to be able to create a new charge point (error message: Login validation failed, check your credentials or try again.) Deleted the existing one that at least once show a start of a charging session…
What can I do ? Any ideas ? Thx!
I did use the above mentioned url https://50five-sde.evc-net.com/ which works on the web and follows the logic of the NL url you mention in various places. I assume the NL in snl stands for Netherlands and consequently for Germany needs to be replaced by DE and sde …
Use case: Athlon lease driver, got the 50five charger from the lease company. Hoped this app would help for the connection. Not able to add own card in the portal or manage anything besides some info.
I am trying to add our charger on to the 50five app in Homey but I can’t get further than the login screen and a generic error is thrown. I log on to the URL: https://50five.evc-net.com/ The other URL with NL in it doesn’t work.
The portal is what this app uses, so if your account is not registered as the official owner of the chargepoint this app can not work around that sorry.
Same probem here. Cards showup in the 50Five app. but the flow card stays empty for charging cards. installed app again on the homey, redid the advanced flow. Still it is not working. Which is a pitty as it is a top app.
What I do see is that in the flow card and you start filling in the
number it gives you a dropdown menu with 2 lines (I have two cards in
the 50Five Portal).
Hope it is a solvable issue, it is part of the flow that I realy would
like to use.
