[App][Pro] Philips Air Purifiers & Humidifier app

The IP address is right, AMF870/15 is indeed connected on 2.4 GHz because that’s according to the specs, and there are no firewall rules blocking traffic to Homey.
I think the timeouts may be because I have a mesh network and both devices are connected to different mesh devices. This has given problems before with a printer which I then solved by moving the printer.

I don’t know when it happened, it may have been even before I sent the report, but the AMF870/15 is now connected and accessible.

I’m also going to connect Homey through the ethernet dongle, so timeouts should be minimal from then on.

Thanks again for giving this your attention.

homey on lan will help , sometimes they don’t allow inter wifi connections or you need to enable this at least. maybe same for inter mesh comm.

Added support for philips heater with its own device like CX5120/11. for now only device actions, flow actions will come soon.

Hi Edwin, the app keeps crashing today: 2d824e48-ca85-4844-a815-5122dfd57152

Does anyone know if the 900 series is supported as well?

I have a Philips Ventilator cx3550 01 and would like to see this work in your app.

There is an extensive app for the home assistant and I am curious if you might be able to use that code to add multiple models. I have no knowledge of this myself, so if it isn’t possible, that’s a shame but understandable.

Hi Edwin,

Today I noticed that the app kept crashing.

I have:

1x AC3421/13
2x AC4221/11

which works fine, then I have:

2x AC0951/13

which seems to cause the issue because when I removed them the app stopped crashing and when I re-add them it starts again, this is the log:

f7f57a82-2849-4794-b593-b2f59de760a2

Also to note that I can read the 2x AC0951/13 values correctly from Homey but if I try to change any parameters nothing happens, and most of the times the app crashes. But it also crashes doing nothing at all randomly.

I’ve already tried removing and adding them again but no luck. Thanks for your support!

edit it crashes also with the AC0951/13 removed:

yeah total devices and which device types can influence this . the security on top of coap on philips devices is not the best. plus no fimrware updates.

think the ac3x,4x,5x devices are more expensive and have better hardware to handle these local connections.

philips app itself is using these cloud connections instead.

sorry cannot do much about it .

Hi, and thanks for this community app!

Does anybody know if the Philips HU5710 or HU1510 are supported?

Hi, app keeps on crashing lately. 944d68f6-fceb-43f1-a26b-57dbe585c383. Thanks if you will have the time to look into it

Does someone know?

you need to try it out, don’t know if it has local support but if so I guess I can read it out. controlling it is a different story.

this looks promising add support hu1510 by kongo09 · Pull Request #206 · kongo09/philips-airpurifier-coap · GitHub

but I need to do something for that , add a new device etc but I don’t have 1

I have an AC3039. Eveything works except for the Allergy Sleep mode. Can this be fixed?

Thanks a lot!

you mean as flow action? I see indeed I don’t added that option on the flow trigger. but does it work from the device action.?

It does not work from the device action.

can you send me a diagnostic report and maybe you can set it from the air mobile app. like to see it.

I’ve changed the speed 2 mode to allergy sleep mode and back to speed 2 mode with the app.

I see the issue , you got AC3039/14 and only added AC3039/10. will fix it

Thank you Edwin!

got the build ready , did you do this with purifier_mode or fan_speed. 1st should work I think
