Thanks, it was quite a puzzle. Solis had installed new firmware on my data logger, so I was sure Modbus TCP/IP had to work. I still couldn’t get it to work. Eventually, I installed Modbus TCP Pro on my phone and started tinkering with that. That’s how I discovered it had to be 3051 and UINT16 on a master device. Performed various tests via Homey, and it works perfectly now.
