Connect your Marstek B2500 home battery to Homey and keep track of your battery’s status without opening the Marstek app.

The app retrieves live information from the Marstek Cloud, making your battery data available directly in Homey.

Capable of reading out the Battery SoC, PV Input, output and total power.

Use the battery information to make every watt-hour count by optimizing your energy storage and creating smart Homey automations that respond to your battery’s state, helping you get the most from your stored energy.

INSTALL

  • make sure you have your loginname and password from the Marstek cloud
  • add a new device via the app
  • enter the requested info (name and password)
    Done !

It’s very easy, my app works simple via the Marstek Cloud (you only need your login and password).

The other app works locally via MQTT which is (in my opinion) is only suitable for advanced users. (you need to setup a MQTT server & broker, enable MQTT in B2500 which is not a standard option in the app so you need to contact the Marstek helpdesk etc..etc…)

As said before, my app works simple via the Marstek Cloud (you only need your login and password).
