[APP][Pro] Lightwave Smart Series (generation 2) (Release 3.1.12, Test 3.1.15)

Hi Adrian, The app has started working again, I refreshed the token this afternoon and everything seems back to normal.

Excellent, I was a bit confused why it stopped. I don’t use that Flow card, so I’m not sure if it was a general issue.

Hi Adrian, I’m still having problems with my Lightwave devices. I have uninstalled your app and re-installed, and tried new tokens. My Lightwave dimmers, sockets & relays re-add to Homey proving my credentials are correct, but I don’t get any device updates and the log is filling up with this error:

The errors look like a networking issue. Is there anything that could be blocking Homey from accessing the Lightwave servers?

Have you tried rebooting Homey and your router?

Has anyone been having issue with this recently? My logs keep coming up saying ā€œRequest rate limit reachedā€ I’ve tried restarting homey, the lightwave box, regenerate api key, leaving the lightwave app disabled overnight on homey but it keeps coming up, I’ve also tried changing the polling from 2000 to 3000. The issue is that homey can mostly see when a switch changes state but when it does it takes a considerable amount of time for it to see it and homey can control the switches but again it takes a considerable amount of time. It was working wonderfully.

As a side question has anyone manage to get the HomeKit integration to work on anything other than the main button on multi-gange switches?

Do you have the ā€œUse Pollingā€¦ā€ option unchecked?

If you use the webhook then the app only calls the API to control things. All reporting is pushed to Homey and isn’t included in the usage limit, plus it’s much faster.

I had polling checked but I’ve had that checked for years. I’ve unchecked it and it is now responding a lot quicker. Thank you
