Hi Wim,
The incomfort gateway is on a internal IP but maybe it’s on another wifi SSID. I cannot find the SSID on the gateway (just the ip etc.), so I’ll try to reset it and connect it to the same SSID as the homey.
Thanks for the reply!
Martijn

Hey Martijn,
I am sorry, but the gateway is connected through a wire, right? Or is there a wireless version as well? If there are multiple versions, that might be the reason why this doesn’t work for you.
What I CAN do is create a test version for you, that just logs a bunch of stuff and you can try to pair using that version. If it doesn’t work, we might have info to support it anyway.
I specifically tested with this version:
Could you try out this version:
If it does not work for you, could you send me a diagnostic report after trying to pair. You find that option under ‘Settings’, then my app ‘Intergas Incomfort’. There should be a button called ‘Create Diagnostic Report’.
Hi Wim. You are right, the incomfort gateway is connected through UTP. My bad.
I will send you the diagnostic report through DM.
Thanks,
Martijn
@BasK A bit late, and for other users with hybrid heating system: I added just the heatpump thermostat device, while it’s kind of the master unit of a hybrid system. Works fine.

Seems to be fixed with the v9.0.0 beta app update (IOS app store calls it “testflight”, Android “beta program”).
I can edit my thermostat device again.
ORIGINAL POST:
@sorted.bits Hello Wim. Thanks for the great app.
Due to other issues, the IP of the gateway changed.
But when I want to edit the thermostat device using the mobile app, this screen below pops up.
After hitting “Try again”, I can’t do anything, a fixed reload sign appears.
I have to force close the Homey app to be able to use it again
A Homey reboot didn’t make a difference.
“Workaround”:
Use the Web app.
mobile OS: Android
2 x Homey pro 2019 - v12.0.1
App v1.5.0
When you need any additional info, or a diag, just ask.
Thanks,
Peet
Not sure if it’s an app specific problem, because the same error was also reported by another app’s dev @ Slack
When trying to login to my new gateway using the homey app, I get the message: failed to connect, please check the form {}.
Ip-adress, and username / password are correct.
Any clue?
A reset of the gateway worked, and it’s added to homey but I have the same hang as reported before, unless I use the web app.
Hello,
A little bit off-topic (but also not
)
Can the Intergas Gateway be used even if no Intergas Thermostat is connected? I would like to keep my existing thermostat in combination with the radiator valves, but would like to integrate my new Intergas boiler into Homey (if only for error messages such as pressure too low).
Thanks for the response!
I’m not sure which thermostat you own atm?
The gateway uses RF to talk to the boiler.
These are valid thermostats as well:
Honeywell Round Modulation and Honeywell Round RF (T87RF2025) thermostat.
I use a Honeywell Round Modulation T87M2018 and it works fine with the gateway.
I am using the Netatmo modulating thermostat. This one has an open therm protocol. So I’m guessing it should just work. Your Honeywell round thermostaat is also a open therm protocol
In theory that might be true. Of course Intergas never will state “any open therm thermostat will do” ![]()
It functions over here as well, but updating of any of the variables (numeric and status indicators such as boiler status, burner status etc.) sometimes lags for a few minutes. This makes it useless in some of the flows in which I’d like to use it as a trigger.
Does anyone else encounter the same issue?
I use it with a Tado thermostat (icw Tado radiator valves for zone control), but the modulating behavior is quite crude with big steps. I have seen much better modulation with other thermostats.
But the modulation is triggert and start from your case the Tado thermostat. The gateway is only a gateway and function as a comunication device from the burner (Intergas) and the cloud. In my case it is pretty fast and see a change in 10 seconds or so
Yes, I understand. It was just to elaborate on the modulating behavior of the Tado which is below par.
My gateway laggs considerably.
Hello, is there a possibility that the Intergas xtend also will be visible?
hello is there a possibility for an update so that you can also see the intergas xtend and the xtore.
my tap water temperature shows 0 degrees. while my boiler is hot.
First of all, thanks for the great app. However, I do have a question: is it possible, just like in the app, to read out the hours the boiler has been running for central heating and hot water (as a Tag)? And how many cubic meters it has used for that?
