Just confirming my issue has been fixed with 2.0.1 release. Datapoint was zeroed at (my) midnight. Many thanks for your very speedy response.
Continuing the discussion from [APP][Pro] Enphase Controller:
I am new to the Homey forum, but first I would like to express my gratitude for building this great Enphase Controller App! Works smooth on my Homey with my solar panels.
I recently extended my Enphase system with the Enphase Charge 2 EV charger. Great addition in combination with the Enphase micro controllers en the Metered gateway.
I was wondering if it would be easy to extend the app to support the Enphase EV Charger and potentially the Enphase battery as well? I know that battery support already exist within the other Enphase app, but would be great to house that within the same app. Since I like the Controller app more, would hope this support can be build within the controller app instead… ![]()
Pushed 2.0.2 to test. This one contains some nice improvements for the powerflow widget.
Most notably: it will auto-fetch any values from your Enphase devices (of course). But you can also set those device-values through flow-cards. This way you can still use the full widget, even if your solar- or battery-system is not Enphase.
Hi! And welcome to the club, hope you enjoy the app!
In version 2.0, support for the Enphase batteries have been added! Its currently being certified for public release (in the mean time, get the public test version here). After that, I’ll start looking into support for the Enphase EV charger.
That is great news!! Really looking forward to that! Thanks for your quick response!
I’ve got an Enphase ev charger too, so if you are in need of a test/pilot subject, just let me know.

Hi Bram,
Thank you for the nice app you made!
After the last update of the app i have aan issue. I send in a diagnostic report:df6bc7a6-0705-468f-8141-7229742ab86c. I hope you can help me to fix the issue. First i saw no values on the grid and the solar device. After a while the grid device became to live. It now looks like only the solar device is not updating anymore.
Hi, and thanks for the report!
I think I found a possible cause, and fixed it in the next version. Could you try and install the test version?
I also added some internal logging. If its still not behaving, try to send the diagnostics report within 10 minutes of installing the test version. Also to make sure I know I’m seeing the right numbers everywhere, do the install during daytime when the panels are producing power. Thanks.
Thanks Bram for your speedy support! I wil install the test version tomorow when there is solarproduction. I Will let you know here, and otherwise you get a new report.
Hi Bram, due to circumstances, I wasn’t able to install the test version today. I’ll try again tomorrow, once the panels are generating power once more.
I installed this testversion and solar is now updating again. Thanks and can’t wait for the charger support
I did nothing yet,and both solar aswell grid are updating again. What should I do?
About the Enphase Solar inverter..
I got an alert saying the converter number 5 is underperforming (2 days ago). But the Enphase app on Android says everything is OK.
I can also see that the Enphase controller app shows underperforming when it is deviating 15%.
This could explain my situation, I’ve got 4 east facing and 4 west facing panels. Could it be that the least performing east facing panels deviation is to the average of all the panels (so also the ones that are west facing?).
If so, how could I group these panels so they only check for deviation against same facing direction?
The problem was with timeouts and stale-data handling. Your log showed some weird (but not ‘wrong’) data/readings and that confused the central polling mechanism. There was always a chance it would come back by itself. Obviously that should not be a coincidence, and that is what’s fixed in the test version.
Thanks to @F_Van we know you weren’t the only one. But we know something in your system triggered the bug in the first place, so I’d like you to try the test version also.
I’m thinking now that doing it while dark might be even harder for the app to detect the right signals, so feel free to the update at night – and please let me know ![]()
The underperforming alert checks each inverter’s output for the day against the median of all inverters. It doesn’t (and can’t) take panels into account where less output is expected. The homey interface doesnt give us much tools to handle stuff like this…
Everybody has a different panel layout of course… Hmmm. I’m going to give this some thought.
I installd the test version Bram, and send in a report for your information. It works well if you ask me, even with installing on night time! So thanks for your support, and effort for all the work on this fine app!
Hi @bramtops,
I would like to add my findings to this existing topic rather than open a duplicate topic. On 1 November 2026, with Enphase Controller 2.0.4 on a Homey Pro (Early 2023) and an IQ Gateway Metered, the Enphase Solar device does not show current solar power.
When trying to save the Solar device settings, Homey displays:
Instellingen opslaan mislukt: Both Enphase Cloud token acquisition paths failed.
App diagnostic report (already submitted through Homey): 2303856b-327f-4af2-bb53-7e1a6a325567.
I have read the recent discussion about missing Solar updates and the test-version fix for timeout/stale-data handling. I have not yet verified that fix on my system. Could you also check the token acquisition error in my report and whether it is related to the missing power reading?
Thank you,
Ruud
