Yes, I connected the vacuum cleaner and entered the correct MATTER number, and it’s added to the app. But unfortunately, from the “THEN” tags, I can only run the vacuum with an unknown program or activate or deactivate a zone—see screenshot. There’s no option to select a room or anything else. Yes, there are a bunch of conditions, a bunch of tags, but only one “THEN.” If I connect my Dreame account, nothing new appears, just like in the regular Dreame plugin. I assume everything is tied to the region the vacuum cleaner is in.
Hello, which region are you in? Currently, we only support the EU and Switzerland regions, as Dreme has multiple data centers. We will support other regions in the future.
