Are the BLL and Chronograph apps still installed and running on your Homey?
Yes the Device Capabilies and Chonograph are still running. Can also add new AVD device, but then in number selections stuff is broken.
Had to read some posts back before posting I see now, this is the sollution for me also. Strange that rebooting homey doesn’t have the same outcome.

I want to create an EV charger which appears in energy tab and tried to find “meter_power.charged” capability without succes. Was I blind or does it need an app update to handle this well?
I added “evcharger_charging” and “evcharger_charging_state” to my device, do I need anything more to ensure the appearance in energy tab?
Did you “check” the “create real field and flowcards” checkbox?
After that, it should just be a matter of waiting a few hours till it shows up in Energy.

Does this mean that existing flows and AVDs may need to be modified or even recreated?
No, excisting AVDs stay unchanged.
I just updated the homey-lib npm package (which i implemented about a year ago) so all new device classes and capabilities Athom added in the last year, can now be selected/added.
What do you mean by this? You cannot see a list of icons at all?
Yes I could not see a list of icons, after restarting BLL all devices worked as expected again.
