Are the BLL and Chronograph apps still installed and running on your Homey?
Yes the Device Capabilies and Chonograph are still running. Can also add new AVD device, but then in number selections stuff is broken.
Had to read some posts back before posting I see now, this is the sollution for me also. Strange that rebooting homey doesn’t have the same outcome.

I want to create an EV charger which appears in energy tab and tried to find “meter_power.charged” capability without succes. Was I blind or does it need an app update to handle this well?
I added “evcharger_charging” and “evcharger_charging_state” to my device, do I need anything more to ensure the appearance in energy tab?
Did you “check” the “create real field and flowcards” checkbox?
After that, it should just be a matter of waiting a few hours till it shows up in Energy.

Does this mean that existing flows and AVDs may need to be modified or even recreated?
No, excisting AVDs stay unchanged.
I just updated the homey-lib npm package (which i implemented about a year ago) so all new device classes and capabilities Athom added in the last year, can now be selected/added.
What do you mean by this? You cannot see a list of icons at all?
Yes I could not see a list of icons, after restarting BLL all devices worked as expected again.
The long awaited update: Custom lists can now be made in the App Settings and selected within AVD’s.
It’s in test (and will stay there for a short while, i plan on some more updates for lists, like selecting default options (like thermostat) and overrulling the values/options).
Also, i wanna give the option to copy the lists of existing (other app) devices).

I may have found a bug: I have added two custom picker lists in an AVD that controls an AC unit. One list contains the operating modes and the other the fan speeds.
The AVD however only shows the last list added. Normally, in the case of multiple lists, I get a pull-down menu (selection list) at the top of the device’s picker tab to switch pickers. This pull down menu is missing:

And indeed, with a custom list, the name in the top isn’t going correctly. There should be a name in top always, but with custom lists, its not showing. I noticed this late last night also.
And, i think I made a small mistake and multiple custom lists aren’t possible yet on one device. i think the suffix of the capabilities isn’t filled, so all custom lists are the exact same capabilities, and thus only one.
Perhaps try something for me?
What happends if you check the “control only through flows” for the second list? (Those are 2 different capabilities)
Curious if the drop down at the top will then be shown…
Because the first field is not recreated 
Change the first field to a default list, press save, and set it to the custom list and save.
: now it does show the pull-down menu:

I have an unrelated question.
I have an AVD to control an AC in which I have defined two numeric fields: the target temperature and the current temperature:
Homey displays the target temperature in a thermostat control, while displaying the current temperature on the sensors tab.
I see other apps and screenshots of users in which the current temperature is displayed also in the thermostat control. So it shows two values: target in large and current in a smaller font. How do I achieve this in my AVD?
It might be the sequence of those 2 fields.
Try turning them around?
It maps those two fields together if they are after one another, but i cant remember if it needed a certain sequence.
Ofc, click both fields as “create real field and flowcards” would also do the trick.
But then you can only have 1 of each per AVD that way.
