All the dim functions are for the RGB output.
The only thing i see for white is on or off.

I recently got a few Shelly 2PM and would like to use them to control my roller shutters.
It was preset in switch mode, so that I could have controlled two lamps with it, for example.
In this setting I was able to select it from the top card and distinguish between, for example, short and long push.
Now I want to use the Shelly for my roller shutters and have switched it to Cover mode. Now the Shelly 2PM is no longer available to me as a choice. I thought that it should be possible, for example, to close the shutter completely with a short push and to move to a favorite position with a long or double push.
Can someone help me with that?
According to the API documentation only components configured as button, switch or analog (and not cover) send these button event notifications.

Just added a Shelly 2PM and I have the same issue as above - it’s not one or two devices but three!
One for both and one for each relay.
This makes no sense to me as they’re used for completely separate operations. They should either be 1 or 2 devices.
Especially since it contains power consumption for all of them.
Also, the screw on the neutral connection doesn’t seem to do anything. Anyone experienced similar issues?
All other screws fastened without issue.
I actually double checked with Allterco Robotics and the documentation is actually incomplete. It should also be supported for Plus/Pro devices configured as cover as long as the inputs are configured as button. I’ll add it with a future release.

The Shelly app in the Homey just updated to version 3.23.8.
Some issues where fixed and the typo’s are corrected.
I hope they correct now the issue with the 3 devices instead of 2 and we have a winner.

I installed HomeyPRO 2023 today and restored my latest backup.
Now my Shelly WiFiPlugs have a red triangle. If I go to apps, it says Shelly has crashed. When I restart the app I get a JSON-error. Any idea how I can fix this?
Looks like a broken install. Try a force reinstalling from the app store.

Did you try re pairing already?
By repairing, do you mean that I remove the device and add it again? No, because then I need to update all the flows where this device is used. To much work and time for that.

Anyone experience a quick turn off/on with their wave devices? I’ve looked everywhere and can’t seem to find a way to troubleshoot.
This happens very often while pairing a device, but also randomly when not doing anything in particular. This is especially annoying for devices that take longer to cone back up. Eg, put a shelly wave 1pm to track power consumption of a network rack, but it turns off and on by itself causing the entire network to reboot.
Any help appreciated.

But when i send dim to 90% the light goes to 10% also in the shelly app.
When i have both homey and Shelly open on my desktop and i push the dimmer in Homey upwards (more light) the dimmer (and the lights) go downwards.

Why do most users always assume it’s something with the app instead of just reading instructions.
Is the input configured as switch under the settings of the device itself? When configured as button it does not act as input and you need to use the generic action event card.
@Phuturist The WebSocket reconnection logic seems to work now, the app version is 3.23.8
I received a notification today for a Shelly cloud connection error and everything seems to be working normally without any problems.
Finally, there is no need to restart the app. Hooray
Yes, got the same message from my Homey Cloud test account and noticed it got reconnected.
