The technician indeed used Ace Service Installer software to configure your Alfen charger. The software is Alfen’s software. My Alphen has dropped out of Homey. Tried to restart the app, but no success for now. any others have the same challenge?

The test version was updated yesterday to add the new energy capabilities but the seamlessly upgrade went wrong. Hope the new version (1.0.10) should fix this :slight_smile:

It is working again!1.0.10. And after a Homey reboot the charger is shown as chargepoint in Homey Energy. Great work!
