The technician indeed used Ace Service Installer software to configure your Alfen charger. The software is Alfen’s software. If you want to reconfigure your Alfen, you will need that software as well. And a user/password to login into the software. Plus, the owner password for the charger itself. N…

The test version was updated yesterday to add the new energy capabilities but the seamlessly upgrade went wrong. Hope the new version (1.0.10) should fix this :slight_smile:

In the app it states ip adres…that is known by me.

But login admin??
