Ajax systems integration to complement home security

The groups still needs tweaking, but its added and seems to be working.

Could you try out this build: Ajax Beveiligingssysteem | Homey

Hi all,

maybe a good idea to share workflows here?
what workflows did you make, how are you using the ajax integration?

Hi,

other question, is it normal it looses the connection and I have to reconnect using the OTP each time?

grtz

I’ve just updated to v1.0.180.

Sorry to say it, but unfortunately it’s still the same. :frowning:

that’s a first for me, this should hopefully remedy that issue : Ajax Beveiligingssysteem | Homey

could you try installing the latest again and manually remove both of the doorbells, then re-add it and test again.

Is it possible to add it to the “ajax hub” device on homey also? It says that its in night mode but i think its because it missreads the zones.. 2 zones are armed and 1 is unarmed in my system..

But in my ajax app

did the update to the latest version… will let you know if it still happens… so far so good

Not sure if I can make that work cleanly in homey with where you want however I did add functionality to the widget where you can do each zone(group) separate.

last try before I fly home: Ajax Beveiligingssysteem | Homey

Tried the widget but i only see the two systems i have in the account. Not the zones at all.. Is it possible to use the dropdown in the homey app for the device to add the zones there and then have the availability to change every zone to armed or disarmed.

what you can do is make the zones into groups and that’ll do exactly what you want. So for instance make a group called Garage, put all devices from your zone garage in the group and that should show up.

Version 1.0.194 now, unfortunately it’s still the same.

Have a good flight!

you removed the doorbells and flows and reinstalled them ? Im uploading one now and if could do this for me:

  1. Make a Flow with the trigger “Ajax doorbell pressed (any doorbell)” (the one with the optional name fields — not picked from the doorbell tile) → action: send a notification. Press the doorbell. Does it fire?
  2. Open the app’s diagnostic log (Settings → app → ⋯ → “Create diagnostic report” / live log) right after pressing, and tell me what appears — especially any line containing doorbell or FCM push decoded.

Yes, I keep removing both doorbells and adding them again to test.

By the way, I haven’t tested the Flows yet. I thought you only wanted me to do the add test with the device without the prefix.

I can test the Flows this evening and will let you know the results afterwards.

And for my information both doorbells is referring to the legacy and new doorbell driver, aka you don’t have two doorbells at home.

Sorry for the confusion.. In the ajax iphone app with swedish language set its called zoner (zones). But in english version its called groups. Did a restart of the ajax homey app but didnt see any groups either in the widget. But i took a look at the other Ajax app from thomas and he solved it with the onboardning that there was a selection to add called “Ajax security groups” alongside Ajax hub, sensors and so on.. after selecting “Ajax security groups” you where then able to add all groups as a devices so you can use them i flows for example.

hmm Im a little confused, the flows are there for groups to be armed / disarmed ? And widget shows if they are disabled/enabled, and you can also enable/disable from widget.

This is my widget with groups:

True (i missed that)! Should i try to reinstall the app? When i tried the “then” part of flows i dont get the names of the groups only the numbers from the group… 00000001, 00000002, 00000003
