Ajax systems integration to complement home security

Yeah I haven’t figured out yet how to get those names right away, but you can see the ID in the app and after using them once, they will fill in the name you did in the Ajax app. Like when you toggle the 00001 to arm-disarm, it will say living room from then on.

Should now auto update the widget to match group names named in Ajax (and the flows have the name mentioned in front of their ID number, making them easier to recognize.

It works great! Nice work again!

Correct, I only have one doorbell.

Unfortunately, nothing has changed yet. The trigger still doesn’t work when the doorbell button is pressed.

I’m currently on version 1.0.200.

diagnostics key is:

I’ve been using the app for a few days now, and the experience has been flawless. Kudos for all your work and the way to you listen to the community and apply changes almost instantly!

I understand it’s hard to cater everyone, but my only issue at the moment is the design change that was introduced today with grouping in the widget. Do you think the zones could be made optional? Even though I have two zones in my house (one per floor) I rarely control them individually.

For the future development of the app, it would be cool to have a compact widget where you still could control zones individually without giving up to much space. Since the zone control only have two options (Arm or Disarm) I think it could be enough to change the state by simply pressing the zone name or icon. I made a few mockups below to visualize my ideal widget to give you some ideas.

The log didn’t get the doorbell info. I only get a small snippet here. Could you do the following 3 points:

  1. Which doorbell is it? The Ajax DoorBell (the button module) or a MotionCam Video Doorbell (or something else)?
  2. Is FCM connected? Open the app → Configure → Diagnostics and check the "FCM push" row.
  3. Press the doorbell, then within 20-30 seconds create a new diagnostic report and send it.
  4. In the version 202 or later check app → Configure → Diagnostics → Doorbell events, what does it say there when you press the doorbell.

Cheers for helping mate, we’ll get it working.

I added some options to the current widget: Ajax Beveiligingssysteem | Homey I’d love to have feedback. For instance I have it setup like this now:

It’s perfect man, fits my dashboard beautifully! Thanks a lot!

Do you have a link where I could buy you a coffee or something?

I’m going to add this tonight! How did you get the forcasted solar out put from sigenergy? I just added sigenergy yesterday.

The ajax integration is so nice! Going to get a sim tonight to create a separate low permission ajax account

This integration is awsome! Works perfectly with read only.

Only thing i noticed this far is when you don’t want to arm and disarm via the widget en select compact mode. That in dark mode the text doesn’t switch to white, so you can,t read it.

Other then that amazing!

Any info? I’d love to have this fixed. Or any other use out there with a doorbell that can do the diagnostics steps perhaps?

I’ll get back to you tomorrow. I wasn’t able to today.

should be fixed in latest version

  1. doorbell is the Ajax Doorbell

  2. FCM push row: connected, pushes: 1

  3. diagnostics key: 9bf783ae-d42d-43b2-a92c-d722801f3939

  4. Doorbell events does not change, see screenshot: even after push doorbell it stays like this.
The “FCM last event” value even does not change when the doorbell button is pressed.

Thanks, making a few logging changes now.

Could you do the same steps with : Ajax Beveiligingssysteem | Homey

Much appreciated

Nothing changed.

Diagnostics key:

Yes, but I got a clue now! Cheers, gimme a few minutes

Could you do one more run with this version, it might already be fixed but I need one more bit of information: Ajax Beveiligingssysteem | Homey
