in which context does it running ?
mainly the country …
Regards
As it connects to the Verisure MyPages account, il will not work in France .I’m disapointed !
tested in The Netherlands and works with Verisure My Pages
But, Verisure MyPages is not available in all countries, and not in France !
I’m waiting for an app that could be used in France !
Regards
Going to install this today, hopefully it will be more stable than the official app.
Do you plan on integrating more of the Verisure devices? High hopes for their Lockguard smart-lock, that’s the missing link in my setup these days. That, and a stable Versure app. Hopeful ![]()
The app is working for me so far. Great work!
As asked by Trosor, do you plan on more integrations? I’m interested in the magnet sensors for doors and windows.
how does this app differ from the existing Verisure app with Homey, that btw. supports all sensors connected to Verisure?
For me the main difference is 0 crashes in 2 months vs 1-2 times a week with the official app. For now only the main panel is supported, hoping for more devices later.
Having an alarm toggle I can rely on is my main focus and this app provides that.
weird… have no crashes at all at the “original” community app, only latencies on changing status, which is a safety step to ensure not being throttled / blocked by limits. I think this app will run into the same, if more devices are added, as more sensors transfers more data through the api?
Hard to say. I had to restart the “official” app twice a week, so totally unreliable for me. The latency was also a big issue.
I had everything added, but the sensors would’nt even update after app restart.
So I’m happy with this app for now, I only wish the locks (Lockguard) will be added at some point ![]()
MFA support has been released with 1.3.0
Sensors, cameras, and door locks are coming in 2.0.0 when it is approved (hopefully later this week)
Enjoy!
Good question! Short answer: adding many sensors does not increase the number of requests to Verisure.
How it works (from version 2.0.0, the version with sensors, cameras and locks):
One honest caveat: the Verisure API is not officially documented, so I can’t guarantee what Verisure will accept in the future. So far I haven’t seen any rate limit at the default settings. If you want to be extra careful, use a separate Verisure user for Homey (invite one in the Verisure app) and/or raise the poll interval.
If you run into anything, please post it in this topic.
The update is out and I’m setting up the new devices now! Thank you ![]()
Done some testing now, and I can’t get my lock to respond to commands from Homey web or app. However the card reads the status correctly and quickly.
I noticed that on the setting for the doorlock-card there is no input for pin-code as there is on the main alarm card. Verisure requires pincode to lock/unlock the door (confirmed by operating the lock form Verisure mypages), so that might be the reason it’s not currently working.
Thanks a lot for testing, this is really helpful! You’re right: in 2.0.0 the lock is status-only, so commands from Homey can’t work yet. Good to hear the status is read correctly and quickly.
The next version adds locking and unlocking: there will be a “Lock code” field in the lock’s device settings (the same code you use on My Pages). Homey then sends the lock/unlock command with that code and waits for Verisure to confirm it, just like arming and disarming.
I don’t have a Verisure lock myself, so I’d love your help testing it!
Sounds great, happy to help ![]()
plugin version 2.1.0 is live now, so doorlock actions are available
Doorlock works like a charm now, thanks a lot ![]()
