I accidentally deleted a large part of my flows in an advanced flow tab. Is it possible to restore it (the partially deleted advanced flow tab) I do have the paid backup, but understand these are full system backups. Can we chose what parts to back up of find specific copies of old flows?

No, that is not possible. With the paid backup from Homey, you restore all of your flows, devices, etc.
