I’m developing a widget-focused app called Widgey. First off, I’d like to say that I appreciate how the settings are set up to be universally consistent across all apps, making them easy to operate. I have a suggestion that I believe could enhance both the user experience and customization options: adding a colour picker as a new settings type.
Why a colour picker?
- User-Friendly: A colour picker would allow users to select colours through an intuitive interface, making it much easier than, for example, inputting HEX colour codes, especially for non-technical users.
- Enhanced Personalization: This would enable users to customize the look of their widgets to better match their preferences or themes.
- Benefits Across Multiple Apps: This feature wouldn’t just benefit my app; other apps could also utilize it to improve user customization.
I believe that adding a colour picker would make the widget customization process smoother and more accessible.
