And Doublecheck your usr/password. I see your device (with my melcloud account). If you don’t see it is probably for usr/pswd error. Or probably change psswd and not use “rare” characters if you use it.

I see in my “normal” melcloud app that you have guest access to that under setterings-authoriced apps it says that “You have not authoriced any third party apps to gain access to your mekcloud-account”. @Anders_Hartmann add it as a AC device. Heat pump devices is for ecodan systems. Your unit is an AC devcie.
