I sent a google form from the path below to issue a personal Web API Client ID & Secret Key while linking home api.
It’s been 5 days since I sent it and I haven’t received any feedback. Should I just keep waiting?

The only other way to get in direct contact would be via Slack/developer channel.
Btw… Is the API access only for your private use? Then better use the HP23 API token.
If it’s for public access, then Athom will check your use case in detail and give you some scopes (most read only). You have to check the scopes and perhaps go into discussion via Slack (PM) to justify your needs
