I’ve been using the Daikin Controller App but now it’s pushing me to use ONECTA. I have downloaded the app but when I go in and click “Get Started” I get a pop up saying it wants to use Daikin.eu to sign in. If I then click continue it just goes to a page that says PROXY. I’m in an iPhone 13 mini…

Thanks. I couldn’t work out how to open it in another browser as it was in a browser within the app but after furiously tapping everywhere on the screen it eventually took me to a log in page. If anyone else has the same issue just keep tapping and eventually you will get being the Proxy!

I had to deal with the same problem. Try a different browser with Desktop mode enabled.
