Windows - Edge browser.
On my main equipment screen many tiles exist. If you click one a black detail pane opens on the right, at least it used to. Now when I click it opens and very quickly 1 sec it closes again. I need to refresh the page and only then the black detail pane is persistent.
Same thing btw with advanced flows. For some reason it also refreshes after a few sec. Very annoying.
So I wonder if this also happens at other users Homey’s? Is it a Homey thingy or Edge? In the past there never were problems like this. If yes, does someone know a fix?
I don’t have that issue, for me everything works fine (Homey Pro 2019). What Homey model are you using? I read about an issue on this forum with the Advanced Flows that sounds similar and affects Homey Pro 2026
I have an old Homey Pro 2018.
I just tested with Opera Portable and no problems there, the black pane is persistent from the beginning and the advanced flow does not reload/refresh.
Logically it is an Edge thing, but how to fix it remains the question. Will try AI to search for causes and solutions.
I changed some Edge settings based on AI suggestions and for now it appears resolved. Likely it was related to how Edge puts unused windows to “sleep” in relation to energy and memory management. Opera does not do that.
