If you have the option to use Drenso’s Tuya app then that would be the easier/more user friendly route of course.
Should that not work or Drenso does not plan to add support to their app, then switching to the cloud app (only for that device) is something to consider as it normally works with all Tuya WiFi devices using the raw commands method.

It’s a less user friendly route (you need to create flows that act on incomming and outgoing messages and set up an Advanced Virtual Device for easier control), but if it works it might be worthwhile.
Regardless of using the cloud or Drenso’s app, you might need to switch the instruction set mode in order for all capabilities to become available in those apps. As far as I know, this can only be done via Tuya’s IoT portal (so their developers website), for which you can create a free account (that you have to extend every half year).
