Thanks all for testing!
Minor update, added translations for all homey supported languages, please let me know if something isn’t correct in your language, and added previews for the widgets as well.

OK I will try later today. But not sure if it’s the same for you, as developer. But for me as an end user, anytime there’s an update, the app stops working and needs to be reinstalled manually.

It seems the auto update doesn’t work well.

I think that is because its a testing app?
I’m unsure. But I’m working on getting it released as a regular app.

Great news!

The app is now officially in the Homey App Store!

I will keep the test version up for people who want to test bug fixes or new features if I can think of any new ones.

Great job Kyle! The app seems to work nicely! I am going to include the app in my flows.

Thnx for the hard work and efforts!

Installed the app, but not able to add device in homey. When searching for a Peblar charger I don’t get any hits

Do you have a Homey Pro?

Edit:

Im not sure why it wont show up with search, but if you leave the search box empty it will show up, you just have to scroll to the P.

yup homey pro, can see it when scrolling, will try to add later this week (now running the peblar api integration with homey script…)

Thanks for creating this app. My Peblar was just installed, so I am still getting started.

A few tips/questions;

  • This forum topic is not linked from the app page at Peblar EV Charger | Homey under the “Community” and “Support” header. Most applications do this so it is easier to find this support forum from the app page. For example look at https://homey.app/nl-nl/app/com.homewizard/HomeWizard/
  • Would it be possible to open source the code at GitHub so others (including me) can contribute?
  • My Peblar sometimes shows error 10264 and 10277 in the web interface due to in unstable connection to the Homewizard P1 plug. It would be nice if these error codes are also available in the Peblar Homey app and perhaps even as a trigger card. This would allow me to build an automation to notify me of these errors and instruct me to reboot the Peblar or P1 plug. I’ve tested that the error codes are returned from the /api/wlac/v1/system API in `ActiveWarningCodes` and/or `ActiveErrorCodes`

First off all many thanks for creating and supporting this app. I’ve ordered a “Coolblue laadpaal” and I’ve read the charger itself is from Bluebuilt (white label brand of Peblar) Do you—or anyone—by any chance know whether this will work with the app? I don’t have the charger yet.

Looking at the tweakers.net discussions about the white label Peblar’s, the trick is to get the password for the management web interface from your installer. Results seems mixed, so try to be nice to your installer en get the password then.

Hello!

I’ll fix the link on the page.
I’m not sure if I’m going to fully open source it but I do appropriate the help.
So perhaps a semi open source. based on invites.
And noted, message me your git name and I’ll give you access to the repo.

Hi, when I try to change the charging current using the slider, I get an 403 error. “Failed to set current. HTTP 403”

image

Same error when using an action card:

Web UI password is correct and should not be the cause of this issue, since for instance changing the charging mode works perfectly, without any errors.

Any idea what can cause this issue?

I think your Web UI password is correct since that is used to set the smart charging mode.
But “stel laadstroom in” uses the regular API I think, are you sure its in read and write mode?

Hi, yes it is in read and write mode.

Using homeyscript, I can change some values, like I described before in this Homey community Peblar charger - #16 by StevenV , so read/write works.

I tried to remove the device and re-install, tried with a newly generated token, but I still have the same error. My charging station is on firmware 1.8.0+1+WL-1 (I know there is currently 1.8.1 but I can’t / am not allowed to update firmware myself, since the charging station is managed by my car leasing company)
