[APP][Pro][Official] Kia and Hyundai - NON-EU TESTERS NEEDED

Incidentally, no one on the Home Assistant forum believes me when I say that Kia is working again. Unfortunately, I can’t prove it, as logging into the Kia/Hyundai integration is only possible with a token. The token method never worked for me. I can’t find the old software with username/password/PIN anywhere anymore.

That’s very strange. I’ve now reset my password, but I’m still getting the same error message.

Hi,

Same problem overhere. Did Hyundai change the api url?

MyHyundai on IOS uses this url: https://cci-api-eu.hyundai.com/domain/api/v1/ not https://prd.eu-ccapi.hyundai.com:8080/api/v1/ (the url in the error).

Cheers,

Hub

I got this error when I try to logon

Error: Pairing failed: @EuropeController.login: [401] Unauthorized on [POST] https://prd.eu-ccapi.hyundai.com:8080/api/v1/user/language - “{“errId”:“bff628e4-959f-4e72-bbb5-38f387ccdd5e”,“errCode”:“4010”,“errMsg”:“Require authentication”}\n”

Yesterday, Home Assistant switched back to password-based login. It’s working for KIA again here too.

Nice :+1:

For my Hyundai the Home Assistant integration is working again.

How can I use the compound function in the Homey HA app for the time being, until the native Hyundai app can connect with Bluelink again? Compound option doesn’t show the Hyundai capabilities. Now I have a device for each capability.

HA info:

I am not able to get “Distance from home” to work.
I have filled in the coordinates as found in Google Maps (right-click on the location and pick lat and long as xx.yyyyyy).
The location is not updated in the car device and the distance from home card never triggers.
What am I doing wrong?

I have the same problem not able to login from Homey. Is there a solution?

@Gruijter Hi Robin,

Will changing the API to https://cci-api-eu.hyundai.com/domain/api/v1/ instead of https://prd.eu-ccapi.hyundai.com:8080/api/v1/ help ?

Also tried to use the tokengenerator, but it does not seem to work with the current homey integration:

The Kia and Hyundai apps now only work ‘as-is’. Untill the api is truly opened to Homey, no changes are implemented.

This because of the “partnership” between Homey and Hyundai ?
@Doekse what is the status of this as it has been already a long time that this has been initiated ?

Replaced one of my niro ev’s with a EV3 the other day. I could add the car but the generic data for it with vin nr and so on is there just no sensor info is collected. Doing a refresh car status flickers by. My other niro works stil fine thow. Anyone else got a ev3 working with the app? Saw someone in the thread that couldnt add the car but i could.

// Teddy

My EV3 works fine. Only home distance doesn’t.

Same here !!

I just added my EV3. And it works fine.
1st time it works.

Interesting i have added it a couple of times now.. same result .. it get added but it dont want to get the sensor data. Wonder what makes it that way.

Homey Pro Early 2023
Kia app 1.3.0
Kia PV5
Login succeeds and the vehicle is discovered correctly. VIN and model are retrieved.
The device remains unavailable and “Force status refresh (once)” immediately fails.

No data is recieved.
Is PV5 Passenger a supported vehicle?
