Moes devices are Tuya-based, so they use Tuya Zigbee modules with Tuya firmware (that’s why you can pair them to any Tuya zigbee or multimode gateway, not only Moes-branded gateways).

Yeah I know :grinning_face:. Tuya-based devices are often supported by multiple apos of brand that sell the same device under a different name. But not all of those apps are equal: not all device functionality is supported in the same way or not at all.

At this time, Homey MOES App is only for Zigbee devices.
Maybe one day, Wifi devices could be covered but, as these are Tuya device, I think MOES App could do do no more than the existing TUYA App.

I finaly managed to integer ALL STAR FEATHER (EU and US) devices in Homey MOES App.
If you own one or many of these devices, thank you for testing and telling me if it’s Ok

I published a new test version in Homey store :

This new version adds compatibility for all MOES Star Feather devices :

All of them includes :

  • On/Off control and report for every button (each button is a device)
  • Relay mode or scene mode for each button (see device settings)
  • Power-on behaviour after a power failure (see device settings)
  • Backlight control on/off (see device settings)
  • Buttons status light control (see device settings)
  • Vibration mode (see device settings)

I ended up just vibe coding my own Homey side loaded app pretty easily in like 30 min to support the MOES device.

I’d like to do away with the Tuya Cloud connection, but I’m not sure yet whether that’s possible.
Btw, this Wifi devices integration will be done in MOES App when I’ll have time to.

i testet many options from tuya tuya zigbee app but nothing worked so far….

As I don’t own myself one of these uints, it’ll be hard to integrate as it.

Btw, I looked for this ZT-S02-SR-CBK-EU unit and it seems very near from the Wall Scene Remote 2 Gang (ZT-B-EU2-MS) unit.

Can you give me Manufacturer Code and Device ID of your device (you’ll find them in device settings when paired as “Unknown device”) ?
I will try to add them to ZT-B-EU2-MS driver in a new test version and if it works, I will be able to integrate it into MOES App.

I took a look and unfortunately, ZT-S02-SR-CBK-EU is not the same as ZT-B-EU2-MS at all.
It appears to be an older device, and none of the existing drivers will work with its Zigbee implementation.

I’m really sorry, but it won’t be possible to add support for it to the MOES app at this time. I would need to get one myself to test it properly, and even then, there would be no guarantee of success. Given the uncertainty, I’m not sure it would be worth the effort.

I have 6 units of the Moes Star series (US version) working flawlessly with your app, but I recently installed a Moes Star 3-Gang EU version that currently pairs only as a Generic Zigbee Device with no functional controls.

Could you please add support for this model in an upcoming release? I’m available to test any test/alpha build right away.

Can you test this vers with one of your Star Ring Smart Switch EU 3 Gang (ZS-SR-EU3-*-MS) devices and tell me if it’s working ? If not, please send me a report log.
