Hi, i tried to install the app but it says that it is not compatible with Homey. Is it only compatibler with Pro, or also the new Bridge? And is the TRM3 fully and well supported? Thanks.

I have this exact failure mode with one of my 6 z-temp2 thermostats as well. It has been working shoddily/eating batteries/coming offline/become unresponsive for almost a year. This last development came after removal, reset and unsecure inclusion. Starting to get tired of this not working.
I got this to work after removing and re-adding, and it has worked reasonably well after that. I’ve had one case where it failed to turn on, so temperature dropped way below the set temperature. That’s annoying, because it can’t be completely relied on. The themostat controls the relay with an association, so that’s unrelated to Homey.
So my thermostat also controls the relay via association. And that works, so the thermostat is regulating correctly. Everything works except changing setpoint between the unit and Homey (one does not update the other).

After some restarts of the heatit app when i tried to add 1.92 devices both of the trmfx2 devices suddenly started to report as normal.
the Heatit/Multireg Zwave i struggeling to get included. Homey is 10-15cm away from the thermostat,
When i start the inclusion, everything is normal. i got EcL on the device and home go to inclusion step. after a few seconds with spinning i got Inc on my device and (noe gikk galt da enheten skulle legges til. Kontroller pinkode og prøv igjen).

Hi, some more data for your team:
- The distance between Z-Relay and Homey doesn’t matter, it fails in the same way even at 20 cm distance. 5 days from connection to failure in my last test, comparable to the 2-7 days I have seen before at a longer distance.
- The failure mode is that it becomes “Unreachable” according to Homey Developer Tools Any attempt to “heal” the connection fails, cycling power also fails. It must be removed and re-added when this happens. When re-adding, all settings go back to the defaults and have to be set again.
- The Voltage, Current, and temperature sensors have never worked.
I haven’t asked the dealer for a refund yet. Could you please answer this:
- Is there any reason to believe that my problems have been fixed in a firmware upgrade more recent than the default version 0.12 I have? (Firmware ID 776, Product ID 520, Hardware version 2)
- How can I upgrade the firmware? Do I have to buy some kind of bridge/gateway from Heatit? Or will the dealer be able to do it?

Heatit Z-Push button-8. Unable to add the device to Homey. Only added as generic zwave device. Homey version 7.2.1. Is there a fix for this?

Hi, I have 5 pcs Z-TRM2fx that can no longer be connected to homey pro. After working well for over a year, they have stopped working and I removed them to add them again, but it is not possible. Is it so that this can not be repaired, and I have to ask to be sent new devices?
I have a Z-TRM3 that still works.
My push-8 is added as a simple device, due to No compatible application. Homey 7.2.1, Heatit 3.02.
It sees like an user above had to exchance the device? Or is it possible to fix by software?
@HeatitControlsAB I opened an issue on the Git repository the other day and now it seems that the repository is removed from Git, why?
Anyway I have the same issue as previously mentioned by @Automansion and Espen_Werner where there is no temperature from the temp sensor and the food sensor does not react when there is water on the sensor.
I have found a workaround to get heatit thermostats with firmware 1.92 to include with some help from some great people at homey community slack. You have to download a app from Homey Community Store
The problem is with the inclusion with unsecure device on homey… After installation of the community app and Unz-cure from the link. You should select unz-cure when you add the thermostat it will be included like it should. Dont forget to have heatit app also installed so it will find the device tru that.

@HeatitControlsAB I still cant see the temperature on the sensors on with the z-relay unit. Is there a stus on a fix for this?
I got my Z-Relay working with some help from Heatit support.
Temp input 1, energy and power works, but still no voltage or current.
I had to re-add my Z-Relay without S2 (Use 00000 as PIN) and tell told me to change my group association to 1.1 on group 1 and leave the rest blank. BUT, it worked with just leaving every setting as is.
Just enable the input 1 sensor, and it worked.

I have a Z-TRM3 that I’m unable to add to Homey at all. I was able to add it once. But tried to remove and re-add it after it was having 60% TX error rate, now it won’t pair at all. Even as the sole Z-wave device and having the Homey 2cm away from the thermostat.
Have you tried to completely cut the power, or done a factory reset? That helped me a couple of times.
Tried cutting the power yeah. Do you mean a factory reset of the thermostat or Homey? I also tried a reset of te Z-wave network to no avail.
Edit: Did a factor reset of the thermostat. Was able to add it again. Thanks.
