The drop-down list for selecting the default voice is not working. It shows nothing.

I was sure I had activated the Cloud Text-to-Speech API by following the instructions in the first post. It turned out the service wasn’t enabled, which is why the dropdown list wasn’t there. Your tip about checking the timeline told me what was wrong. Thanks.
