It seems to fix the problem.
I disconnected the HomePod mini from my Apple TV as default speaker.
Selected my HomePod mini as airplay speaker to my Apple TV.
Now I can use my HomePod mini as airplay speaker again.
I don’t know if the problem was this application, but strangely it didn’t work when I installed this.

@Tim_Smits1 Good to hear that it’s resolved! I don’t know if airplay in general has some kind of limit that was hit because if this app… Will do some more research in the future 
Strangely now I have some problems with my Apple TV.
I get the message:
Disconnected from Apple TV (Companion Link), reconnecting…
I restarted everything multiple times and tried to repeat the add device multiple times.
I even removed the remote in the Apple TV settings so it is not connected anymore.
Unfortunately with no succes.

My Apple TV 4K often does not update its status correctly. As a result, it sometimes appears to still be on even though it is physically turned off. Occasionally, a red triangle icon is also shown.
What could be causing this behavior ?
@Tim_Smits1 Yeah that issue I experienced myself as well. I have a busy week this week, so the plan is to work on my Homey apps this weekend again. Hope that I find the root cause, both your and my own diagnostics report don’t say that much 
What you can try is to just restart the app itself, that fixes it on my sight for a few days.
@Remco_Dekker Weird, seems that the AirPlay connection is doing something funky. Can you send a diagnostics report if you experience it again?
Anyone have problem connecting more then one appletv ? I have 4, i can only connect 1.
I have the same problem, i have 4 Appletv. When i added one i cant find the rest. And when i delete the one i can see all 4

The Apple TV has now started up, but the Apple TV app in Homey does not detect it. As a result, my Flows related to this automation are not working.
@Adam_Olsson Weird, does your phone for example detect all 4 of them? And what are the Apple TV’s called?
@Remco_Dekker Hmm, for some reason the app expects more data from the Apple TV and got stuck there. I’ll do some tests this this weekend to see if I can find something…

Ok I manage to make the Apple TV show the code and when I input the code I get this error message I will live the photo of the message and the report number

I’m also getting the red exclamation mark now. When I restart the app, it finds/connects again, but this error message keeps appearing regularly. Therefore, I’m sharing the error code for this issue as well.

@Casi_22 @Remco_Dekker Thanks for the reports, looking at it tomorrow. I did some changes today that I’m testing in my own setup, it looks that the connections are more stable here, but we’ll see… Hope I have more information tomorrow.
@Nils_Kijkuit Unfortunately both are not possible through the protocols that I’m using. There is a todo for me to find out how to get the humidity and temperature sensor information, but that seems like a whole new reverse engineering project for me. Announcements are basically the same story.
