Android 9 introduces new permission rules regarding wifi scans and other sensors. Wifi is used in the location accuracy high mode (that’s also renamed in android 9).
All apps then have to acquire those new permissions.

Be as elaborate as you can, when did this start, what have you tried, homey app version Homey firmware version, android version etc.
Myself have reported my wife’s Nokia 7 plus (android 9) not working. It did not occur to me until now that it could be the android version (the different permission rules).
I had some email communication over the Nokia some weeks ago and they said they would be working on it the next weeks.
So, if you could be reporting this as well then they could maybe see a pattern.
