[APP][Pro] Microsoft To Do - To Do gives you focus, from work to play

Hi all, tonight I’ve experienced some limit with the todo api. Only 5 lists are returned from the api.
Please let me know if you experience the same.

The list is used in cards, to pick and choose from, where full list are listed.

Hi @daniel3 I’ve searched the web to see if you it is possible to achieve this with the api - unfortunately the internet says it is not possible.

Yesterday I deleted my Microsoft To do app and installed the test version. Then I could install the flows quite easily. First the connect and then create a task. I also got to see the tasks in a dashboard. Only the layout was not right; words and lines overlapped each other. So I thought, let’s see what this looks like in the official version of To do. Well, the result is that I can’t get anything up anymore. I deleted the official version again and installed the test version, but where I first got the connect flow quite easily with the “And” flow, I now can’t connect. What am I doing wrong and what can I do. I’ve been thinking: should I delete cookies or something else?


But perhaps the most important thing is that I saw that it worked. I got to see the tasks in the dashboard of my homey. Now to fix the thing. Do you have any idea how?

When I posted my question, I suddenly had an inspiration; I still had to add Microsoft To do to the devices. and voila, it works. Perfect.
The layout also seems to be a bit better, it is more readable (no words overlap). Maybe I should have been patient.

I would like to see the tasks in a wider layout. Does anyone know if that is possible? Now I see 3 columns. Actually, I would like a dashboard with 1 column and a larger font so that I can hang a tablet on the wall and it is still readable. Maybe an other program?

Currently I am using Microsoft Power Automate (Flow) to untick a bunch of tasks. Some I untick on monthly basis, some on weekly and some on daily basis. Recently I learned that Microsoft is going to disable usage of Power Automate for personal accounts.

If you could add cards that retrieve current items on the list and interact with it, you would be a hero!
Given what you have currently setup, I think this should be possible. The app is able to read what lists I have and create new items on it with a specific status

Another request: Is it possible to add a second “device” connected to another Microsoft account? Currently I am using one account for my own tasks and a family account for tasks for the rest of my family
