[APP][Pro] Mammotion

I’m going to start with the fact that I’m a askhole right now . I have not downloaded the Mammotion app and even started my Luba Mini, I haven’t looked in your app. So this might be a RTFM moment, but here we go.

Can you get a notification/function that when the mower starts to return to the charging station, it starts a flow?

I want to control a garagedoor on my Luba garage.

Hello,thanks for your app

Doesn’t work on my yuka mini 500,it say my mammotion cloud system is the old one and the developper is aware and working on that

Hope will work in the future, thanks

Hello,

Homey App Version-v2.35.5
Test with mobile device -iOS

in my last post i only add my yuka mini 800 into homey with a shared user account and dont made a live test in my garden because my gras dont grow of too mutch sun:-)

Today i test it and it doesnt work, i can start the robot but after a few meter he turn back to his base station. When i try to start again i get this error message.

Seems to be also the problem with the old API from mammotion? Do you think you can improve here anything or must it be fixed from mammotion? See the errors in pictures below…

Thx for help!

This should be fixed in the 2.5.35 release just approved by Homey

I’m still encountering some difficulties with the older API. Please pass diagnostics.
You mentioned a shared user account—having the same account in the app and in Homey should synchronise them automatically.

Hello
here the report - 6660eb27-824d-41a5-8a09-bbca84146b31

With shared user i mean, i create a new mammotion account and have shared my yuka from my original account to this new account and this new account i used for login in the homey app, right yes? So i can use the original in my mammotion app and the new created only for homey…

Meanwhile i installed a beta firmware over the mammotion early access program on my yuka mini which should solve diffrent problems with diffent smart home platforms, also the cloud topic maybe…

Now i have installed on my yuka v1.30.25.1, in the overview there is no more hint regarding old cloud…it works, but i have the same problem when i start the yuka over the homey app it stopps after 1meter with the answer work finished and turn back to the home station, the report which i take is written with new Firmware and immidetialy after he turn back to home base.

Additional info, i have tested it now with start over a Flow and it works :-)…so i will continue tomorrow with further tests, but in the moment it seems the firmware update helps…keep you informed - thx!

Sadly it doesn’t work with the last version, same error message

Feedback new tests today:
No it doesn’t work understandable for me…i tried it several times today, when i start the yuka over homey app it moves out of the base station start to work and stop after 3 sec. with the message work finished…after that moves back into base station and start charging, the mammotion App send for all steps the push notifications…

I tried all navigation methods maybe they have an influence…iNavi NetRTK / Radio over Data Link / Radio over Internet but nothing…sorry, maybe you have a hint what i can test last?

In the latest app https://homey.app/a/net.tornbloms.mammotion/test/, an app setting improves diagnostics by including a debug option.

When using diagnostics, please provide a thorough description.

Yes is ON and i made the test right now after i had switched on the debug tool

New Report as well:

I seem to end up at this screen without any way to add my yuka mini 800.

It takes a few seconds…was the same by me

If i wait it just times out after 30 sec

Well…do you have create a second account which you use only for homey? Do you can see in this Account the devices? Are you logged in with this Account in the homey app?

Yes made a new account. Shared mower from main account. I can see it in the account. I try to add it with this second account. Its just white and if i wait it times out and all I can do it the same thing again. Gonna try remove and reinstall the app. Doubt its gon a help though.

Sounds good, if you can see the devices in your new account and you are logged in with them in the homey app it seems to be all correct…whats happen in the mammotion app when you try to login in the homey app? If you are before logged in with the same account (mammotion app) and you log in into the homey app you will automatically disconnect with this account from your mammotion app, occur this or not?

Yes if im logged into the “Homey” mammotion account at the same time when trying to add mower I get kicked out of the account, like it should be so.

No difference when reinstalling app either. :person_shrugging:

Which device do you use for add the robot into homey? Mobile device? Can you try it over the web app from a computer?

Thanks for the report — we found something concrete in the logs: your mower’s own status report shows it finished the job in 7 seconds having covered 0m², then immediately headed home. It wasn’t a glitch reacting to real progress — the mower itself considered the job already done.

Our current “Start Mowing” doesn’t tell the mower which zone to mow — it just resumes whatever job the mower already has queued internally. If that queued job happens to be a zone you’d already fully mowed (via the official app, or a completed schedule), it finishes essentially instantly and returns — matching exactly what you saw.

Could you help us confirm this? A few things to check in the official Mammotion app:

  1. How many separate zones/areas do you have mapped?

  2. Which zone did you last select or run in the official app before trying via Homey?

  3. Does that zone show as already “completed” for today (or its last scheduled run)?

  4. If you select a different/not-yet-mowed zone in the official app first, then try Start from Homey again — does it work as expected?

We’re also working on giving Homey the ability to select which zone to mow directly, so this becomes controllable from Homey Flows rather than depending on whatever’s cached from the official app.

Best Regards,
