Yes now go down and press send code to email and type the code from Ecovacs in the typefield

I have try it, but it still the Same. No Connection and when I try to find the Mower….

@Markus_Mar I have added a fix in version 1.7.9, make sure your app is up to date, and try login.

Please let me know!

I did a test and it seems ok now

It still isn’t working; I have the latest version and have entered all the data. Do I need to enable anything else in the Ecovacs app?

Yes the Ecovacs official app needs to turn off the two step verification.

Not sure what I’m doing wrong here. Tried multiple times, with and without 2fa

Also changed password to be sure

First off save your login credentials.

After you do the send code by mail.

So save and test your connection

Make sure the official Ecovacs app has turned off 2fa
