Hello, I have a HomeyPro 2023 with several devices (Zigbee, Hue, Fibaro z-wave, Shelly z-wave). I made a backup through USB. I switched of this Homey Pro. I have bought a new Homey Pro 2026. I had restored the backup on this HomeyPro. Everything seems to be restored correctly. All devices (Zigbee, Hue, …) are working well except Fibaro and Shelly zwave device. The first error that I had was “Currently updating zwave chips”. Then later, I retry to command lights connected to z-wave switch, and I got the error “Invalid Node ID xx”. I started the Dev tools and I observed that there is only one node (Homey), but no other devices for zwave.

What is the problem ?

thanks for your help.

I believe you then need to repair the devices via the ‘Try to repair’-option in the device tile’s Maintenance menu. Make sure that the Z-Wave firmware update is finished, so that the Z-Ware radio is available (you might need to restart your Homey).
