Zipatile is a controller of it’s own and you are supposed to connect all your devices to the Zipatile unit. So no, it doesn’t work with Homey.  
I had the first version for some weeks, it was a burden to get it working (good) with some Z-wave and most Zigbee devices. Finally gave up and sold it again.
