In a flow, how can I “read”, “update” or “refresh” ZigBee device?

Ideally, I would have a flow that runs every 15 minutes and tries to read from a ZigBee device, if it can’t read, it then does something.

Thanks in advance.

Not sure what you are trying to achieve, but if you want to trigger an action when a device becomes unavailable (or available), then you may want to check out the [Device Capabilities](https://homey.app/en-nl/app/nl.qluster-it.DeviceCapabilities/Device-Capabilities/) app.

Is has a WHEN flowcard that performs this check:

 ![Decice Capabilities Device Becomes](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex025/uploads/athom/original/3X/1/a/1a72024c1ad363cdf31fe432c1d6592ba7f94584.png)

You can further limit the check on brand (‘Merk’) and device type (‘Apparaat Type’).
