Greetings all,

The developer of the Zigbee Insights app has pulled the support for WHEN trigger cards that fire when a Zigbee device hasn’t reported in a configurable time frame, which has broken a number of my Flows.

Does anyone know of an alternative app that provides similar functionality please?

Thank you kindly

I think without the option to specify a time period.

I have tried that in the past, but it didn’t seem to trigger when a Zigbee device stopped responding or reporting regularly to Homey. I have found Homey’s Zigbee to not be as reliable as some other implementations, so this functionality was really helpful. The Matter device monitoring app by the same developer still has the Flow cards with the new UI, so I was both surprised and disappointed when the Zigbee app UI update pulled that functionality without warning 😕
