You can do that by “if” “every 1 months”. “And” “the daynumber is 5”. “Then”…

This flow will run every 1 months on the 5th of the month.

Uhrzeit und die Tagesnummer kannst Du natürlich nach Deinen Wünschen anpassen

Nein, bei dem Beispiel von @Rocodamelshekima nicht. Der Flow wird jeden Monat ausgeführt, vermutlich immer beim Monatswechsel, bin mir nicht sicher.  
Ob man jetzt bei “Und…” noch eine Uhrzeit oder Tagesnummer angeben kann, weiß ich auch nicht, vermutlich aber nicht. Jeder Trigger ist ja nur ein Impuls und kein Zeitraum.

I have 7 options. But i’m running Homey 5.0 RC26, maybe that one is updated.
