Hi Ernst, en welkom op het Homey forum.

Je antwoord zou in het Known Issues, FAQ of Troubleshoot gedeelte te vinden moeten zijn van het officiële Shelly topic hier.  
Linkje is te vinden op de app pagina in de app store!

Omdat ik e.e.a. al heb gecheckt, is dit misschien van toepassing?
