Hello
I am looking for a new smart home controller. The question is, what will happen to the homey controller, when the z-way 700 series components are on the market. Do I need a new controller or are there exchangeable parts I can buy?
Best regards
Wolf

Just like with devices that use 300-series chips, things are backwards compatible.
So you will be able to use new 700-series devices with Homey but you might lack some of the features.

If you want a controller with 700-series capabilities, you will need to buy something other than Homey.
Unless they announce a new version soon…
