# Yeelights keep getting greyed out in App

Hi,

I am using yeelight app to control the yeelight color bulbs. Sometimes the bulb controls show in the App and sometimes randomly they are greyed out.

What’s the issue?

Normaly the icons for the bulbs are white if the lamp is ON and gray if they are OFF, is this what you see?
