I have the Yale Smartlock / Doorman (WGS2) with the Smart Living Yale Module 2 (Z-Wave). Is there anyway to get it work with Homey without the Smart Living Hub from Yale? Unfortunately being members of the alliance doesn’t mean the devices WILL work together but rather could be made to work together. So Homey will need an app that knows how to interpret the information from that device and the commands required to control it. Have you tried the: - Yale Doorman [Yale Doorman App for Homey | Homey](https://homey.app/en-gb/app/com.verisure.yale.doorman/Yale-Doorman/) or the: - Yale Digital Lock [Yale Digital Lock App for Homey | Homey](https://homey.app/en-gb/app/com.yale.lock/Yale-Digital-Lock/) or the: - Yale lock [Yale Lock App for Homey | Homey](https://homey.app/en-gb/app/com.yalelock/Yale-Lock/) apps to see if that works? If not maybe you can contact the developers of those apps to see if they can add support. ---

Yes, I did try all 3. Yale Lock, just hangs, never loads Yale Doorman asks for credentials, so I assume it requires the SmartLiving Hub from Yale. Yale Digital Locks asks me, on the lock, to enter marsterpin + going to the menu for adding remotes. But, I never get pass this point due to no communication. I might be doing it wrongly, but the Lock times out. ---

You might have to put your Homey very close to the lock to pair it as with most z-wave devices. I’m not sure if it’s a security thing or just a problem with Homey but I had to move my Homey to withing about 1 meter of my Conexis L1 locks to pair them. ---

So I ended up buying the Yale Smart Home Hub. Lock is now fully managed by the Hub. However trying the [Yale Doorman App for Homey | Homey](https://homey.app/en-gb/app/com.verisure.yale.doorman/Yale-Doorman/) I get an error on Username/Pwd (I’m 99.999% sure it’s correct)… But I must admit I don’t have Verisure - Could it be that it only works with Verisure and not Yale Smart Hub \>\> I need an different app.? But I can’t find any that seems to work with Yale Smart Home Hub ☹ ---

Hi, I just bought my Homey and wanted to connect it to my Yale. - I have a doorlock module installed - I have my Verisure credentials entered into the app on Homey - I’ve found and added the doorlock to Homey - I’ve entered the doorlock pin When I try to lock it it will say «unknown error». Anyone seen this in here? Edit: it seems Homey never really found the doorlock module, just added it from my Verisure account as it does not seem to update the doorlock status. Kjell ---

You need to replace it with Yale Access Connection kit
