Hi I have the Yale Touchscreen Digital Deadbolt - YRD220. [Details here](https://www.yalelock.co.nz/en/yale/yale-nz/products/keyless-entry/electronic-digital-door-locks/touchscreen-digital-deadbolt/). I’ve paired it using the Yale Digital Lock app from @Automate_Asia The basic functions work, but I can’t seem to work out how to identify users that unlock the door using their pin. Oops sorry - I’ve solved it. I had previously installed the other Yale lock via CLI because it needed the NZ parameters updated. It looks like when I re-paired the lock to the newer app I didn’t pick the right one, so I picked up the old one again. I’ve since re-paired to the newer app and I can pick up the users now 🙂 ---

Hey mate, I was wondering if I could pick your brain as to how you added the NZ Device ids to the Yale app? I’m completely new to this and I’m having the same issues as I have a AUS version lock and I’m not getting anything other then lock and unlock with the Yale connected to Homey. Is this something you would be willing to add for me and send? I appreciate your time Cheers Leighboy
