# Xiaomigateway "Xiaomi Mi Home" AND "Mi Homey"

Dear all,  
I have tried to connect my Xiaomi gateway (EU) to both apps “Xiaomi Mie Home” (the one in appstore) and “Mi Homey” (installed through CLI-method). But no success.  
I have been able to find the token - but using the generate passoword-method in the apps does not work. The instruction film to find the password does not at all resemble my “Mi Home” app.  
Is it that the EU-gateway is not supported at all?  
Is there any way to find the password?  
I have read the [Xiaomi Mi Home App for WiFi devices](https://community.homey.app/t/xiaomi-mi-home-app-for-wifi-devices/118) but cannot find the answer.

Really? The answer was in one of the last posts though. Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find.
